On the other side, chewing gums working as a distraction that helps in avoiding eating high caloric snacks such as chocolate and soft drinks. Anyway, it's necessary to chew sugar-free gums so as to gain the benefits related to weight loss.


3.    Eat your dinner: it's noted that many people who follow a diet plan for weight loss ignore the dinner meal; it's completely wrong and could be a reason for gaining some weight. In fact, when we ignore dinner, a great portion of the food we eat is transformed into fat cells and stored in our body tissues to be used during the long hours of starvation caused by ignoring the dinner meal. 4.    Drinking cold water: many people think that hot water helps in weight loss; it's very common misconception. In fact; drinking cold water burns extra calories, this because cold water stimulates the body to burn some of the stored fat cells for regulation of the internal temperature of the body (thermoregulation mechanism).
